Q:	What Do You Enjoy Most About Your Job?
A:	The most rewarding part of being in HR is working with people to discover and match them with meaningful work that is inspiring and allows each person to be their best selves and contribute to an industry that is making a difference in all our lives and society. I get the greatest sense of joy from recruiting and developing talent - it's the best feeling when I have recruited and matched the right person to a job that fits their skill set and passion or I have helped coached someone through their career journey and can see them progress through various roles as they develop.

A:	It's so exciting to be a part of an amazing team of people who are dedicated to doing the right thing and making the lives of our clients and employees better through investing. The best part is that I get to focus on our people - our greatest resources of inspiration and driving forces to making an impact.
Q:	What Are You Involved in Outside of Work?
A:	We are a hip-hop and basketball family. When we aren't head nodding or dancing at a concert, we are cheering on our son, Kinji and daughter, Kina as they train and compete at basketball.
