| A: | I enjoy Wrap Trading because it is a constant challenge. Wrap Traders have to wear many different hats; beyond our trading responsibilities, we often have to think like Portfolio Managers, Operations Specialists, or Compliance Officers. We work in an ever-changing landscape that never becomes stagnant or dull. |

| A: | The people at KAR are simply fantastic. I'm lucky to find myself reconnecting with former co-workers from previous employers - some of the smartest and most dedicated people I've ever worked with. |
