What Do You Enjoy Most About Your Job:
I enjoy the fact that there is always something new to learn. It could be a new business that we have never looked at in the past or it could be re-examining a business that we have haven’t looked at in a number of years. We are constantly getting new pieces of information that give us more knowledge. I love learning about new things and you really get to satisfy your curiosity with this job.

What Do You Enjoy Most About Working at KAR:
I love working at KAR because it is a very collegial and open company. We are not the kind of place where everyone shuts their door and stays to themselves. We work together and we talk about things all the time. From that, you get different perspectives and you learn more than if you are just off on your own. We spend a lot of time together educating each other. I think this leads to more knowledge and, therefore, better investment results for our clients.

What Are You Involved in Outside of Work:
My time outside of work is spent with my family. I have two boys and they keep me busy whether it is helping them with their homework or shuttling them to different activities. We also like to go to the park to play ball and we love to hike. If I have any free time, I love to read history, financial books, and if I totally want to escape I’ll read some Stephen King.
