What Do You Enjoy Most About Your Job?
As I often tell my family, I absolutely love the work I do! The best part of client services is
developing relationships and demonstrating care for each client’s particular needs,
communication styles, and ongoing requirements. Solving problems for clients can be very
rewarding–if I can accelerate a process or even give a client an update on a complex question,
the day has been a win.
Learning about the financial market itself also continues to be a wonderful adventure. When I
first entered the industry, as someone with a background in family business and operations, I
had no idea that finance could be so diverse and multi-faceted. There is always something new
to learn and an area where one can improve.
What Do You Enjoy Most About Working at KAR?
The warm professionalism of the entire team and the commitment to a healthy office culture was evident the moment I first walked into the office. I like and trust my colleagues, and feel that we are working together towards a common goal–the satisfaction of the client and
satisfaction in our own work.
What Are You Involved in Outside of Work?
I am a singer-songwriter and composer and release songs on a fairly regular basis. Currently, I am prepping to release my first instrumental song in several years and have an agent promoting my music to music supervisors. Fingers crossed!
