What Do You Enjoy Most About Your Job?
I enjoy investing and learning how great companies are built and run. Every company has a strategy to compete and generate shareholder value, but not all strategies yield the same results over time. The analyst has the fun job of discovering and analyzing businesses with the goal of finding exceptional companies with strong competitive advantages that are durable through the long-term. The role is demanding, pulls on various skill sets, and is quite humbling, which makes it that much more fulfilling to discover new exceptional businesses.

What Do You Enjoy Most About Working at KAR?
The culture at KAR is amazing with a genuine sense of camaraderie. The people are warm-hearted, intelligent, and passionate about investing in high quality businesses, which creates a very productive environment to develop as an investor. I love that the team is aligned on a core investment philosophy, which provides common ground to share ideas and collaborate effectively.

What Are You Involved in Outside of Work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and dog, visiting new places, and trying out new activities or hobbies.
